1. Who we are

Peep Learning is operated by Doktrina ApS, a company registered in Denmark. By using Peep Learning, you enter into an agreement with Doktrina ApS.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Peep Learning app or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

3. The service

Peep Learning is an AI-powered learning platform that allows users to create and follow personalized learning paths. Features include AI-generated content, interactive sessions, and an AI tutor.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use the service in a way that violates these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use Peep Learning.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of Peep Learning require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the service
Abuse the AI tutor or attempt to extract model information
Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements
Interfere with the security or operation of the service

7. AI-generated content

Peep Learning uses AI to generate learning content and tutor responses. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should not rely solely on Peep Learning content for critical decisions. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated material.

8. Intellectual property

The Peep Learning app, website, branding, and non-AI-generated content are owned by Doktrina ApS. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doktrina ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Peep Learning.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
