Who we are

Peep Learning is operated by Doktrina ApS, a company registered in Denmark. Doktrina ApS is the data controller for all personal data collected through the Peep Learning app and website.

What data we collect

We collect the following personal data when you use Peep Learning:

• Account data: your email address and display name, provided when you sign up or sign in with Apple.
• Learning data: your learning paths, progress, session completions, and streaks within the app.
• Subscription data: your subscription status and purchase history, processed through Apple and RevenueCat.
• AI interaction data: messages you send to the in-app tutor, used to generate responses via our AI provider.

How we use your data

• To provide and operate the Peep Learning service
• To save your progress and personalize your learning experience
• To manage your subscription and process payments
• To generate AI tutor responses based on your messages
• To respond to support requests

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing is necessary to provide the service you signed up for. Where applicable, we rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for operational purposes such as security and service improvement.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We use the following third-party processors:

• Supabase — database and authentication (USA)
• Railway — backend hosting (USA)
• OpenRouter — AI model routing for tutor responses (USA)
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management (USA)
• Apple — App Store distribution and Apple Sign-in

All US-based processors operate under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards in accordance with GDPR requirements for international data transfers.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data associated with your account is deleted immediately. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
